We hired a children’s camp named Camp Wing inside Duxbury, Massachusetts, and, of course, our guests actually did get the full get away experience! Many of them slept overnight on bunkbeds in the camp’s log cabin rentals or in the Duxbury Stockade, an incredibly cool replica of your Revolutionary era ft. I kept stating that our friends’ kids would LOVE the Stockade, but I think it was the 30-something friends who were the most excited about it!
The original plan ended up to have canoe events, archery, and other such routines on Saturday morning before the wedding ceremony, but when all of us woke up on each of our wedding day to find the idea pouring rain, there were to postpone that will fun until Weekend (a beautiful, sunny morning!). Instead, guests put in the morning making lanyards and other camp-type crafts, taking part in board games, and just learning one another. Our J. Crew headscarf was a gift from my Matron of Recognize. My own aunt Marilyn and cousin Ashley purchased your papel picado for us in Oaxaca, Mexico, whe
re Ashley is at present living, and the camp strung all of our lovely little globe lights for people. The combination of all those dangling elements truly transformed the particular dining room!
